Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Analog Input Unit (Measurement Unit)
Analog input unit that can directly capture temperature.
This unit receives DC signals (DC4~20mA, DC1~5V) from a signal converter (T/D), converts analog quantities into digital format, and transmits them to a higher-level device (DE-SWA). It can accommodate up to four inputs. - When measuring temperature, the resistance from a temperature sensor (Pt100) can be directly input without the need for a T/D relay. - The input allocation for current, voltage, and resistance can be switched using the dip switches on the unit itself. - Scaling can be performed on the higher-level device (DE-SWA), allowing for report and trend management as well as upper and lower limit monitoring.
